Good base

I am a superintendent for a medium sized general contractor. This app gets the job done, but could be better. It would be nice to be able to change the field titles in the settings, i.e. I would like to be able to change "floor" to "unit". Also needs to have a place to assign the item to a contractor. Would be nice to be able to label it as "complete, incomplete, or in progress". I would also like to have the option to delete entries in a folder.
